Proof, not promises.
We are a botanical brand built on evidence, not folklore. Every formula starts with research, states exact amounts and serving bases, and uses delivery forms selected for the ingredients. Here is how that works.
Researched, dosed and reviewed by our nutrition team.
- Third-party tested
- Dosed to studied levels
- Nothing inert added
Our standard of proof
Anyone can put a botanical on a label. The harder, quieter work is selecting an evidence-informed amount, stating its serving basis clearly, choosing an appropriate delivery form, and refusing to overstate the result.

-
Start with the research
We formulate from published human studies, not marketing trends or whatever is selling that season.
-
State the amount precisely
Every active is listed with its exact amount and serving basis, so the formula can be compared with relevant research without implying that every study used an identical dose.
-
Choose the absorbable form
A nutrient only counts once it reaches your cells, so we pay for the form that survives digestion and gets there.
-
Claim only what holds up
We describe what the evidence supports, and we stay quiet where it does not. No cures, no miracles.
The active is only
as good as its delivery.
A liposome is a phospholipid bilayer enclosing an aqueous core — the same architecture your own cell membranes are built from. The bilayer shields a fragile active from the gut and ferries it intact to where it can be absorbed.
Where the absorption data warrants it, we encapsulate. Where it doesn’t, we don’t. Nothing here is for decoration.
- Cold-pressed, never refined
- Pressed without heat or solvents, so nothing is stripped back out before it reaches the tin.
- Standardised to the active
- Every batch verified to a stated percentage of the compound the research is built on.
From field to finished formula
Five steps stand between a growing plant and a sealed bottle. Each one is a place quality is either protected or quietly lost.
-

Source
Wild and cultivated botanicals from growers we vet, harvested when the active compounds are highest.
-

Extract
Concentrated toward the active compound, commonly 10:1 to 30:1, with no harsh solvent residues.
-

Standardise
Each batch measured to a guaranteed percentage of active, so the dose never drifts.
-

Prepare the dosage form
Paired with absorbable forms and potentiators. Nothing inert added to bulk it out.
-

Test
Third-party assayed for potency, heavy metals and microbes before release.
Tested, then tested again
A standardised formula only matters if the bottle actually contains what the label says. Every batch is sent to an independent lab before it reaches you.
- Potency verified against the label dose
- Screened for heavy metals and contaminants
- Checked for microbes and purity
- Certificates of analysis on request
Every batch is released under its own certificate number.
See the test results
If a study would not convince us, it does not go into the formula. And where the evidence is thin, the label says so.

The science behind each active compound
These are the papers that shaped our formulation decisions. We’ve linked the originals so you can read them directly and draw your own conclusions.
In a randomised, placebo-controlled trial, berberine (1 g daily for three months) lowered fasting and post-meal glucose, HbA1c and LDL cholesterol in adults with type 2 diabetes.
A widely cited review documented the broad antibacterial activity of plant essential oils — including oregano’s carvacrol — against common pathogens such as E. coli and S. aureus.
Across 11 randomised trials in adults with prediabetes or type 2 diabetes, black seed (Nigella sativa) reduced fasting glucose, HbA1c and LDL cholesterol versus control.
In a 12-month randomised trial of 1,431 men, whole pumpkin seed improved urinary symptom response in benign prostatic hyperplasia versus placebo.
Across four placebo-controlled trials (519 men), beta-sitosterol improved urinary symptom scores and peak flow in benign prostatic hyperplasia, without changing prostate size.
A meta-analysis of five randomised trials found saffron significantly reduced depressive symptoms versus placebo in adults with major depression.
In a 16-week randomised trial, older adults with mild cognitive impairment taking lion’s mane improved on cognitive testing versus placebo.
In a crossover trial in healthy volunteers, a phospholipid delivery form raised curcuminoid absorption around 29-fold over a standard extract — the principle behind our liposomal forms.
These studies informed the compounds and doses we chose — they are research on the ingredients, not approved health claims for our products. Nothing stated here has been authorised by EFSA as a health claim. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle — how you eat, and whether a supplement suits you alongside any medication, remains a decision for you and your healthcare professional.
Evidence you can count.

Honest about the limits
Trusting the science means respecting where it ends. A few things we will always be straight about.
- A supplement supports a healthy life, it does not replace one. Food, sleep and movement come first.
- We avoid the words cure, detox and miracle, because the evidence does not earn them.
- Bodies differ. If you are pregnant, on medication or managing a condition, speak to your doctor before starting.
Formulated on evidence. Made for you.
