Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to all EU member states, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. The countries and delivery methods available for your address are confirmed at checkout. If your country is not listed there, email hello@soulbotanic.com.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery estimates below begin on the dispatch date:

• Netherlands, Belgium and Germany: 2–4 business days
• France, Austria, Spain and Italy: 3–5 business days
• Other EU countries: 4–7 business days
• United Kingdom: 4–7 business days
• Switzerland: 5–8 business days

Peak periods can add 2–3 business days. We email tracking details when your order ships.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout from your destination and order weight. Any qualifying free-standard-shipping threshold is shown at checkout. Subscription orders use the same checkout-calculated shipping options and rates as one-time orders.

Manage, skip, pause or cancel a subscription from your account before your next renewal date. Once a renewal order is generated, we may be unable to stop that shipment.

EU shipments do not incur import duties. Orders to the United Kingdom and Switzerland may incur local customs charges on arrival; these are the buyer's responsibility.

If a shipment is late or arrives damaged, email hello@soulbotanic.com with your order number.

For now, SoulBotanic is sold exclusively through this website, so every order comes to you direct from us. If that changes, we'll share it here first.
